As a Rotational Management Trainee at Guangzhou Wanxi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (Vanke Group), I played a key role in the Guangzhou Wanxi Huadiwan Vanke Jinyu Xifu Project, contributing to all phases from project preparation to launch. Rotating through diverse roles in market planning, online consulting, and sales, I gained hands-on experience in multiple facets of real estate operations. My efforts directly supported the successful execution of this large-scale urban development project, demonstrating adaptability and a results-driven mindset.

Market Research and Strategic Planning
During the project preparation phase, I conducted in-depth market research, analyzing trends, market size, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions. I supported the development of targeted promotional strategies by producing detailed weekly strategic reports, which shaped the company’s marketing and outreach efforts. My work ensured data-driven decision-making, aligning promotional initiatives with consumer needs and market dynamics.

In a 6-month digital marketing campaign, I managed 1,800+ daily customer interactions, primarily engaging high-value homebuyers with budgets between RMB 4 million and RMB 10 million. Using a combination of online consulting and data-driven approaches, I boosted client engagement and strengthened the project’s visibility on new media platforms. Additionally, I independently managed over 2,000 clients, driving sales of 43 housing units and ranking 1st among interns for performance. My strong execution in customer management, precise segmentation, and sales strategies significantly contributed to the project’s success and elevated Vanke’s brand influence.
